am i supposed to be okay
with knowing these woods so well?
i can’t get lost here even when i try

how the same light falls 
through the same trees
and it’s so beautiful
in exactly the same way 

i take the same path i always take
but backwards, in case it helps
half-way round i realise
yeah, i was walking
but i forgot to look
